Jetfly is a shared business aviation company based in Luxembourg on behalf of 450 co-owners. Our fleet is composed of 60 Pilatus aircraft (PC12 and PC24). The Pilatus has come to exemplify the unique combination of Swiss engineering and dedicated craftsmanship, yielding a superior flight, passenger, and operator experience that is truly beyond comparison. Also, a brand-new aircraft has recently joined our fleet: the Cirrus SF50, the world's first single-engine private jet.

As we are going through a significant growth period, we are looking for a dynamic IT Support intern to reinforce our small IT team (~ 10 people). You'll have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of services and expand your knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Assist in resolving basic support tickets under supervision.
Support the IT team in setting up hardware and software for new users.
Help in managing the IT inventory and tracking equipment status.
Participate in routine checks and maintenance of IT systems.
Learn and assist in managing user access rights and permissions.
Shadow team members to gain insights into IT support operations.
Contribute to the creation and updating of technical documentation.
Gain hands-on experience with various IT tools and software.
Attend training sessions and team meetings to understand IT workflows.
Provide administrative support to the IT team as needed.
Engage in special IT projects and initiatives under guidance.


Profile:

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Must be fluent in both English and French; German proficiency is a plus.
Basic understanding of IT principles and a strong desire to learn.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the team.
Eager to gain practical experience in a professional IT setting.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Willingness to take on varied tasks and learn new technologies.
Organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage time effectively.
A proactive approach to learning and contributing to the team’s success.


Internship Compensation package

Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
Advanced technician's certificate/Bachelor's degree: €1,000
1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
